As the leaves change and temperatures settle into something close to perfect with blue skies and crisp, cool breezes, photographers gear up for their busiest season. Believe it or not, Christmas is quickly approaching and now is the time to start planning for holiday cards. Fall is always a busy time for families – with harvest parties, Halloween, Thanksgiving, football games, soccer, you name it, – so scheduling photos is easily forgotten. But hey, that’s what I’m here for…a little friendly reminder!

This is my first fall season living and working in Asheville. And I don’t think I could have picked a more perfect place for offering fall sessions. The color here is stunning when the leaves reach their peak. We were here last fall on a house-hunting trip and were blown away by the vibrant shades of red and yellow. Gorgeous!

Since I’m rebuilding my business here, I’m offering a discounted rate for Asheville fall photo sessions. The $300 package includes up to one hour of photography, all of the images on a CD for printing with a copyright release, AND 50 Christmas photos cards. I have many different holiday templates for cards or can design one especially for your family. Cards also include envelopes.

Sessions are always laid-back, very fun, very natural. I’ll start with some posed shots of the family – just to be on the safe side – and then let the kids run wild. I LOVE capturing kids as they are…running, laughing, playing. I promise they’ll have fun! Sessions usually end with me covered in leaves and with the kids tired and happy.
